The automatic Diverters divert the flow of the material in to two possible exits. As it is obvious the Automatic Diverter has one inlet and two outlets. The possibility is that the material will exit the diverter in one of the two exits. This is achievable in automatic mode because of the aid of pneumatic cylinder or even electrical motor. The machine has two small openings for cleaning purposes or regulation and one extremely large door for maintenance. With the help of this large door the operators may exchange whatever is necessary without taking down the diverter. Proximity sensors inform the operators in which direction the flow is going. The main shaft is bolted to the gate (not welded) in order to reduce cost for maintenance works.
