The rotary air slide discharger is a machine that sends automatically the material in one of the two possible exits. This is achieved by rotating the rotor of the equipment. Both rotor and stator of the Discharger have air slide fabric in order to aid the flowability of the material to be transported. There are lots of possibilities to be done. We manufacture the Rotary Bottom Discharger to guide the flow either to the same direction of the inlet or either to the bottom of the machine (this system is used to charge multiple silos or other), the Rotary Side Discharger to guide the flow either to the left or either to the right of the inlet flow (this system is used when we need to guide the total flow automatically to one part or other). Also there is the possibility to operate the above systems pneumatically or even electrically. Sensors are always present to give the operators the necessary info to know the exact location at every minute. Finally the most important part is that when we use one of the two exits the other is totally sealed (with the aid of special felt, rubber sealing) which helps the plant to completely shut down the part of the process which is not operating (even the bag filters).
